ChefShef's Dragonfire Recipe:
Dab the chicken wings into milk / buttermilk or a whisked egg (either way works just fine). spread the dragon-fire hotwings coating onto a plate (you may add additional breadcrumbs if you desire). Roll the chicken portions over the coating, until they’re thoroughly coated. Then place the coated chicken into a fryer for 12-15 mins (cooking times may vary) until cooked. Enjoy!
**We Recommend using 5/6 teaspoons per KG of meat**
